Bluebay Banus Hotel Marbella

We had a great time at the hotel! The rooms were lovely with balconies and beautiful views. The staff were nice and helpful, and the food was surprisingly good. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to Puerto Banus.

We felt so comfortable during our stay, there was nothing to complain about.

Great location for beach & Puerto Banus, 10/20 min walks. Varied breakfast & dinner, beautiful garden & pools. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Upgrade on room, early check-in & large pool. a wonderful stay.

The staff is courteous here, the services are great, and location is perfect next to nightclubs, Puerto Banus and best restaurants and nightclubs in Puerto Banus. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Puerto Banus district. They have pool bar, free parking and nice pool.

The staff were welcoming and polite, everything was good. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

I had an amazing stay at Bluebay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself was beautiful, with well-kept grounds and pools. The staff were always cute and ready to assist. My room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I especially loved the balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Despite a few minor hiccups, like the lack of in-room wifi and the limited breakfast hours, I would highly recommend this hotel.

During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be incredibly convenient. It was nestled in a small area with lovely gardens, providing a peaceful atmosphere. it was right across the road from Sisu, a popular boutique, and just a short walk away from the beautiful coastline beach leading all the way up to the port of Puerto Banus. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast served was delightful, with a wide variety of choices to suit different preferences. I was pleased with the facilities and advantages offered by the hotel, making my stay enjoyable.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the lack of information provided by the staff about nearby attractions and activities. It would have been helpful to have some guidance or recommendations, instead of having to rely solely on my own research to find things to do around the hotel.

We were given brand-new, bright room with king size bed.

The breakfast itself was mediocre, can be much better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We also appreciated the convenience of the parking and transportation options. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center of Puerto Banus and everything in the surrounding area. The breakfast provided an excellent variety of choices and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing time staying here! The location is perfect, right on the boardwalk so it's quiet yet close to everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and allowed us early check-in without any hassle. The rooms were spacious and housekeeping changed the towels every day. Breakfast and dinner were included in the half board option and the food was delicious. There were so many options to choose from!
